Cinderella’s Carriage Dip

Cinderella’s Carriage Dip


For the “carriage”:
Whole wheat boule (or other round loaf, not all will be eaten)
6 slices whole wheat bread (decoration only)

For the dip:
(1) 10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 ½ c. plain low-fat yogurt
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ c. each chopped fresh dill and parsley (plus extra for garnish)
1 T. fresh lemon juice
2/3 c. baby carrots for dipping
2/3 c. sliced cucumbers for dipping
2/3 c. sliced bell peppers for dipping
