Peppermint Biscotti


Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened (1 cube)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 3¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup crushed peppermint candies
  • White Chocolate Drizzle
  • 1 cup (6 ounces) white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon shortening
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies
